Randy Douthit is an executive producer whose career is undoubtedly top-notch in production. He was born in Newberg, Oregon, United States, on 15th November 1949. Randy Douthit went to Portland University, where he got a Bachelor’s in Psychology and later a Master of Science in Psychology. Rand Douthit has produced many shows such as Hot Bench, similar to American Got Talent, featuring many judges. The show name originates from the arrangement of judges. The show has three judges instead of one that alternates. His productions have gotten many nominations, like Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Award due to his special Class series.
Rand has won many awards, such as the Emmy Awards, one of the best reality competition shows for America’s Got Talents.
