Kip Lewis is the president and owner of real estate development and investment located in Round Rock, Texas. Lewis Investments is one of the most reputable companies in central Texas.

Lewis Investments was awarded “Central Texas’ Best Commercial/Residential Developer” from multiple sources, including Community Impact Newspaper, Austin Business Journal, and Round Rock Leader. Lewis himself won an award for “Best CEO of a Privately Held Company.”

Lewis’ company provides development services ranging from single-family homes to large-scale commercial office space projects all over Central Texas. They have had projects featured on Channel 13 News as well as The State Hornet out of California. In addition, they provide construction management for some prominent clients such as Dell Computer Corporation, University Federal Credit Union, and Health Alliance America Insurance Group, which are just a few of the many on their list.

A quick decision combined with a lack of action ended up costing Lewis dearly. He lost all his investments in the deal. These days, Lewis is looking for a few good deals that can help him build his portfolio.

Lewis constructed one of the largest buildings in Texas, which now houses Dell’s North American Headquarters. This building has been featured on Fox News and multiple news stations as an architectural marvel, and it lives up to its reputation. The innovative design and use of space make this high-tech office complex stand out from the rest.

He works hard and continues to build his company with high hopes for the future. Lewis is now retired, but he has been involved in many different aspects of business, ranging from insurance sales to commercial real estate investments that spanned into multiple cities across Texas and California. Today, Lewis lives a low-key life near, where he enjoys spending time with family and playing golf when possible.
